Jennie Kent, chief legal and corporate affairs officer, is responsible for all legal matters for the business, as well as risk, compliance, sustainability, corporate communications, and the company’s philanthropic efforts. Kent also acts as secretary for the Kohl’s Board of Directors. 

Prior to joining Kohl’s in 2023, Kent served in various legal leadership roles at Quad and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, both of which are publicly traded Milwaukee-based companies. Kent also previously worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and for the Milwaukee law firm Foley & Lardner. Kent has 30 years of legal experience.
