Steven Dee, chief technology officer, is responsible for overseeing all technology and information platforms supporting Kohl’s omnichannel business, ultimately supporting the company’s broader business strategies. 

Prior to joining Kohl’s in 2025, Dee served as chief information and technology officer for Rodan + Fields, an American skincare and haircare company. Dee also held technology leadership roles at Nike, Hayneedle, and J. Crew, and served in leadership roles at Accenture. Dee has more than 25 years of technology experience.
