Partner With Kohl’s

Below are the minimum qualifications for being considered a Kohl’s External Partner. Submission requirements are also provided.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Positive Dun & Bradstreet® report

  • Complete AIA-305 pre-qualification form

  • Minimum bonding capacity of 100% of project cost

  • Minimum aggregate bonding capacity of $10,000,000

  • Minimum of three (3) retail references and contractor’s bank reference

  • Maximum bond rate of 1-1/2% or less preferred

Submission Requirements:

  • AIA-305

  • Retail volume equaling a minimum of 60% of total annual volume

  • List of previous “like” projects performed in the last year

  • Written certification that an OSHA-approved safety program is in place

  • List of states in which it is licensed

  • Previous year’s audited financial statements
