My experience at Kohl's is one filled with appreciation — I've felt supported, welcomed and encouraged to challenge the status quo in how we learn and make progress in creating a culture of inclusion and belonging. Being a leader in the DEI space, I’m proud to help create a culture where associates feel seen, valued and heard. That’s definitely something I've felt as a Kohl’s associate, and I am personally proud of the progress Kohl’s has made, and will continue to make, in this space.
