Kohl's Names Steven Dee Chief Technology Officer

Kohl’s announced that Steven Dee has been named the company’s chief technology officer. In this role, Dee will be responsible for overseeing all technology and information platforms supporting Kohl’s omnichannel business, ultimately supporting the broader business strategies. Starting on August 25, Dee will join the company’s executive leadership team and report directly to interim CEO Michael Bender.

Dee has more than 25 years of experience in technology and a track record of driving results, scaling technology teams, and delivering innovative tech solutions.

Prior to Kohl's, Dee ran technology operations at Nike, Hayneedle and J.Crew and has 12 years of leadership experience at Accenture, leading clients through transformational programs in the consumer goods and retail spaces. Most recently, he was Chief Information & Technology Officer for Rodan + Fields, an American skincare and haircare company. Dee has a Bachelor's of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida.
