“It’s been just a few weeks since Kohl’s launched Kohl’s Pay, a mobile payment offering exclusively for our Kohl’s charge customers, and customer feedback has been extremely positive,"  said Ratnakar Lavu, Kohl’s chief technology officer. “Early results indicate Kohl's Pay provides incredible value and convenience for our loyal customers and we look forward to carrying this momentum into the holiday shopping season.”

Since the Kohl’s Pay launch two weeks ago, week over week Kohl’s saw:

  • Kohl’s Pay enrollment up by 70%,

  • Kohl’s Pay user transactions doubled

  • 99% of Kohl’s Pay users are Yes2You members

  • 40% of Kohl’s Pay users are sending offers from their wallet

  • Kohl's Pay has been used in all 49 states (even in Alaska)

  • We have had one transaction in 2/3 of all our stores
