Love is Our Favorite Color — Kohl’s and Its Associates Celebrate Pride Month

Each June, Kohl’s celebrates Pride Month to commemorate the courageous actions of those who have paved the way for equality and acceptance and the members of the LGBTQ+ community who continue to enrich and inspire us. At Kohl’s, we believe in not just accepting people for who they are, but celebrating them because of it. That’s why we’re excited to celebrate Pride Month not just this month, but every day throughout the year.

See below for how we’re connecting with Our People, Our Customers and Our Community.

Our People
The Pride Business Resource Group (BRG) is hosting a variety of events for Our People to participate in throughout June, including an Out & Equal webinar on fostering LGBTQ+ allyship at work, a Lunch & Learn with The Trevor Project, a Milwaukee Film Festival discussion and more.

Our Customers
Featuring an assortment of tees, accessories and items for the home created by Kohl's Diversity Design Council, in partnership with the Pride BRG, we're proud to launch a Pride Month Spotlight Collection to foster an environment of belonging within the LGBTQ+ community. Available in select stores and on Kohls.com, the collection features unique and fun designs alongside inspirational messages. We're also serving Our Customers with items from other brands to celebrate Pride, from tees, athleisure items and sleepwear to active apparel and footwear.

Our Communities
To celebrate Pride Month, Kohl's is donating $100,000 to The Trevor Project, the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ youth. With this contribution, Kohl's has donated $225,000 to The Trevor Project since 2019 and is committed to furthering the work of this life-saving organization.
