Taking Care of Our Communities

Kohl’s and its Associates are proud to call the very communities you work and play in home, and we are committed to supporting our neighbors; the families who make those communities great places to live. That’s why we have joined forces with more than 160 children’s hospitals nationwide to keep kids healthy and well.

All Children’s Hospital Johns Hopkins Medicine in St. Petersburg, Florida created the Kohl's Cooks For Kids program, offering free healthy cooking classes to families in the community.

From car seat safety inspections and bike helmet giveaways, to bully prevention programming and safe sports training and injury prevention, we’ve teamed up with the experts to create tailored programs that focus on children’s health and wellness initiatives and address the specific issues needed most in each hospital’s community.

Every program provides you and your family with free information, education and resources to keep children safe, feel better or get better!

It's safety first at the University of California Davis Children’s Hospital. The Kohl's Buckle Up to Grow Up program offers free bike helmet giveaways and fittings to children throughout the Sacramento, California area.

Inspired to give back too? The funding for our hospital partner program comes from our adorable Kohl’s Cares merchandise program. Swing by your local store and pick up books and plush toys from one of four new collections each season.
