Earlier this month, more than 500 interns started their #LifeAtKohls.
From Stores to Distribution Centers, the Kohl’s internship program isn’t just about work experience for college students; Kohl’s hires many of its interns back for full-time roles after they graduate. The program also ensures Kohl’s has a pipeline of young talent bringing innovative and new ideas to the table. Our interns are giving us kudos too! In fact, the program was recently voted as one of the best internships on the job search website Indeed.com.
What sets Kohl’s internship program apart? For one, the interns are paid and can utilize Kohl’s associate discount — hello new wardrobe from brand favorites like LC Lauren Conrad and Sonoma. Plus, their time prepares them for a career with Kohl’s, not just project work for the summer. Over the course of eight to ten weeks, the interns learn how retail works behind the scenes, gain hands-on experience in many different business areas and will hear directly from Kohl’s leaders.
