Partnership to build on Kohl’s continued pledge to create an inclusive environment for associates, customers and communities
Black History Month is a time to celebrate. But it's also a time to commemorate and honor the many achievements of Black individuals that have enriched our communities, our culture, and our lives.
In honor of Black History Month, Kohl’s will donate $100,000 to National Urban League to help promote economic empowerment, access to health care, educational, job and housing opportunities for Black communities across the country.

We are so grateful for the National Urban League’s devotion to advocating for economic and social justice and against racial discrimination in the United States.”
While February is dedicated to Black History Month, Kohl’s continues to elevate Black voices so the achievements and needs of the Black community reverberate not just this month, but every day throughout the year. A few examples include being purposeful in attracting, growing and engaging more diverse talent; launching an in-house Diversity Design Council to develop, purchase and curate culturally relevant products; and through our national partnerships and many local nonprofit organizations, we are working to support more equitable outcomes for communities across the nation.
