Kohl's Names Arianne Parisi Chief Digital Officer
Kohl’s announced that Arianne Parisi has been named the company’s chief digital officer. In this role, Parisi will be responsible for driving Kohl's digital business through Kohls.com and the Kohl's App, and supporting the broader business focus on enhancing the omnichannel customer experience. Starting on July 28, Parisi will join the company’s executive leadership team and report directly to interim CEO Michael Bender.

As a proven digital leader with 20 years of experience in retail, she brings a deep strength in creating and executing digital experiences that help deliver a more seamless experience for customers across omnichannel platforms. Under Parisi's leadership, the digital team will work cross-functionally to help achieve overarching company goals and strategies.

As an innovative digital leader, Parisi has 20 years of experience in retail, including 13 years in digital leadership roles at omnichannel retailers including JD Sports, The Finish Line and Nordstrom. Most recently, Parisi was Chief Digital Officer for JD Sports Fashion Plc, a global omnichannel retailer of sports fashion and outdoor brands. UK-based JD Sports operates 4,850 stores in 49 countries and a robust digital business. Prior to her digital roles, she was in merchandising at The Sports Authority, where she grew a deep understanding for how merchandise teams work across stores and digital platforms. Parisi has a Bachelor's of Science from Ithaca College.
