Kohl’s is making it easy for everyone to safely grab last minute holiday gifts at stores nationwide with free store pick up options, gifting inspiration and even more ways to save big on must-have items. Customers can feel confident checking off the final gifts on their list by shopping at Kohl’s — even on Christmas Eve!
Free In-Store Pick Up and Contactless Drive Up for Kohls.com Orders Through Christmas Eve
Customers shopping Kohls.com and the Kohl’s App now through Christmas Eve can get their gifts fast and free - most orders are ready within two hours - at their local Kohl’s store with contactless Drive Up and In-Store Pick Up services. Place Kohls.com orders by 3 p.m. local time on Christmas Eve, Thursday, Dec. 24, and select the option to pick up eligible gifts at the store by 6 p.m.* local time the same day.
Kohl’s Stores Open for Holiday Shopping Until 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve
Kohl’s more than 1,100 locations nationwide will be open until 6 p.m. local time for customers looking to check off their holiday lists. And for added convenience, beginning Friday, Dec. 18, most stores will be open until midnight each day, offering more time for everyone to shop when they want.

Post-Holiday Returns Made Easy
Kohl's has a generous returns policy which allows customers to return in-store and Kohls.com merchandise up to 180 days after the original purchase date. Kohl’s also extended its premium electronics return policy for the holidays. Premium electronics purchased between November 1 – December 25 may be returned through January 31 in original packaging with a valid receipt or account lookup.
Customers can visit their local Kohl’s store to return eligible Amazon items, without a box or label, for free. It’s free, convenient and available to everyone. We have moved the Amazon Returns at Kohl’s counter to a different location in the store to minimize lines and encourage social distancing.
