Kohl’s remains committed to stores as an important piece of the company’s omnichannel network.

Kohl’s recently celebrated the opening of four new stores located in Blue Ash, Ohio; East Windsor, N.J.; Montebello, Calif.; and North Smithfield, R.I.. These stores represent the company’s smallest format at 35,000 square-feet.  The 35,000 square-foot stores have 60 percent less space and 60 percent less inventory than a standard Kohl’s store.

These stores may be smaller, but customers will find the same amazing products they love from Kohl’s, along with our incredible savings and an easy shopping experience. Inventory levels have been adjusted through localization efforts, tailoring product assortments to the unique needs of the customers that shop a specific store.  The stores are equipped with kiosks for online orders and have full buy online, pick-up in store capabilities – meaning customers have access to the deep product selections available on Kohls.com.
