New e-commerce facility supports Kohl's omnichannel capabilities
Kohl’s opened its fifth e-commerce fulfillment center in Plainfield, Ind. this month which processes, fills and ships Kohls.com orders. The facility is just one part of the entire omnichannel fulfillment network dedicated to delivering orders quickly and efficiently to customers. All Kohl’s stores nationwide also fulfill and ship online orders and serve as pick up locations for customers who opt to buy online and pick up in store.
