To ensure we’re keeping up with our customers’ needs, we will again leverage our distribution centers, e-commerce fulfillment centers, and more than 1,100 stores to deliver a seamless holiday shopping experience, whether customers choose to shop in-store or online.

Kohl’s is recruiting for a variety of positions this season with associate openings across stores, distribution centers and e-commerce fulfillment centers, including our 300 store omni power centers. These omni power centers serve as mini fulfillment centers within store locations that enhance fulfillment capabilities during peak periods by equipping the stores with more inventory, technology and process enhancements to allow associates to be more efficient in fulfilling digital orders.
