To commemorate this special month, Kohl’s is launching a Women’s History Month collection, which features an assortment of products with designs and messages that recognize prominent women throughout history and feature inspirational and empowering messages. In addition, Kohl’s is expanding its existing support of Boys & Girls Clubs of America this month through an investment of $100,000 in the SMART Girls program, which helps Club members maintain healthy lifestyles, build positive relationships, understand the influence of social media, and navigate adolescence.

Kohl’s $100,000 Donation to Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s SMART Girls Program
In honor of Women’s History Month, and to expand on its existing support of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Kohl’s is donating $100,000 to the organization’s SMART Girls program. The SMART Girls program, which reaches and serves nearly 90,000 Club members annually, is a small-group health, fitness, education and self-esteem enhancement program designed to meet the developmental needs of girls ages 8 to 18. Driven by the belief that every child has what it takes to succeed, the organization’s work has impacted up to 4.6 million young people worldwide. This donation is one action Kohl’s is taking following its recent pledge to invest more to support the unique needs of diverse, underserved communities with a focus on addressing disparities in career development, family support, housing and wellness.

In 2019, Kohl’s announced a national partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to develop and implement critical programming aimed at improving the physical and emotional well-being of children and families. Since its founding, Kohl’s has given more than $785 million to support communities across the country, including more than $4 million to Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
