In Silicon Valley, you won’t have to look far to find Kohl’s team of innovators and technology gurus working on the next big thing. Opened in April 2013, Kohl’s Digital Center in Milpitas, California, puts Kohl’s in the fast-paced technology industry and in close proximity to key technology partners. The creative incubator is home to talented and passionate Associates, hailing from technology power players who are dedicated to seeking out and implementing the latest and greatest technology to revolutionize the customer experience.
The newest addition to Kohl’s corporate campus in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, is the Kohl’s Innovation Center. Opened in June 2015, the 369,000-square-foot building houses collaborative space that brings our information technology, store planning, construction and purchasing teams under one roof. It makes it easy for teams to collaborate and quickly react to the ever-changing landscape.
Kohl’s Innovation Center also boasts green features including solar trees, electric vehicle charging stations, LED lighting and several waste-reduction efforts to help Kohl’s ensure we leave the planet a little better than we found it.
