The mission of Kohl’s Property Development-Construction team is to deliver strategic real estate and building solutions that support Kohl’s profitable growth. We consistently look for like-minded vendors who have a passion for their customers and providing exceptional service.

What We Do

The Kohl’s Construction Team maintains a balanced focus on exceptional execution, timeliness and value, all while providing best-in-class service to our business partners. We are accountable for project execution in the following categories:

New Store Platforms

  • 35,000 square feet & 55,000 square feet Ground Up & Tenant Improvement

Open Store Platforms

  • Minor remodels & interior refresh (1-2 days)
  • Mid-size remodels – multi-trade (1-2 weeks)
  • Product launches / Fixture sets (inclusive of paint, new fixtures, fixture re-sets)

Corporate and Non-Retail Platforms

  • Distribution Centers & E-commerce Fulfillment Centers
  • Corporate Office Spaces
