Digital and in-store enhancements offer customers a seamless and simple shopping experience — delivering gifts even faster than Santa!

Kohl’s is redefining “convenience” with our omnichannel experience. Holiday shopping is a breeze with new online features, such as “Your Price,” which calculates the price based on customers’ offers; Smart Cart, which offers extra Kohl’s Cash for picking up online purchases in a store; an improved mobile app, with more personalized functionality; and a search tool that understands customers’ preferences — as well as free, fast pick up of orders in store, ready shortly after purchase.

Buy Online Pickup in Store

When shopping online, customers want their orders fast. As time winds down and the holidays get closer, customers can accomplish their shopping and get their gifts in time by choosing to buy online and pick up for free at their neighborhood Kohl’s store. On average, Kohl’s has 60,000-70,000 items available for online pick up in any given store. With most of our orders ready within two hours, Kohl’s is even faster than Santa when it comes to last-minute shopping.

Mobile App

More than 21 million customers have downloaded our Kohl’s mobile app, where customers can store all of their promotions — from Yes2You Rewards points, to percentage-off discounts to Kohl’s Cash — in one easy place. New features of the app provide:

  • An improved product page to give customers more information about the items they’re interested in,
  • A mobile wallet that is now available for customers who don’t have a Kohls.com account to keep offers convenient and easily accessible,
  • And personalized notifications that are tailored to customers’ location, wallet, bag contents and local store inventory.  

Your Price

Whether shopping Kohls.com at home or on a mobile device, “Your Price” helps customers immediately see how much they’ll save based on the offers available in their wallet. The site will display the price of the item after dollar- and percent-off offers are stacked, showing the incredible value of shopping at Kohl’s.

Smart Cart

We launched Smart Cart on Kohls.com in September, giving customers even greater value and convenience by recognizing when items in a customer’s online shopping bag are eligible for pick up at a local store. As customers navigate their online order, if they meet the specific criteria, a special $5 Kohl’s Cash is offered for switching to Buy Online Pick Up in Store.

Personalized Search

Kohls.com also helps customers find the perfect gift by tailoring search and browsing functionality to their favorite brands and price points. By knowing and understanding our customers’ shopping and purchase habits, we’re ensuring they easily find the items that fit their individual preferences of brand, fit and style, by bumping those products to the top of the page.
