To start the year off on the right foot, fitness expert Alicia Archer shares with us the importance of warming up. Alicia learned about this the hard way after a neck and upper back injury this past December—a result of not stretching or using the right products before her workouts.

“One of my favorite ways of warming up is combining myofascial release methods with physical therapy work. I use the Gaiam Restore 12-inch Foam Roller to apply just enough pressure to get my muscles moving and then follow up with some rehab work using my P90X resistance bands.”
